Because that garlic cheesy goodness is pretty darn epic.

Layers and layers of heavenly cheesy, melted, ooey gooey perfection.

And with the Bake & Break™ Pull Apart Garlic Loaf with Cheese, the whole family will be sprinting to the dinner table the minute this hits the oven.

Cheesy Garlic Bread

Yield: 8 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise*
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (10-ounce) package Bake & Break™ Pull Apart Garlic Loaf with Cheese, separated in half crosswise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise, garlic, Parmesan and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Place bread, cut-sides up, onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices; top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
  4. Place into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

*Greek yogurt can be substituted.

Hey Chunga! Looks amazing! I love your recipes, I make your chicken w/ sundried tomato cream sauce it’s always a date night dinner for the bf! 🙂 I just had a question, I live in New Zealand so can’t get the bake and break bread… What sort of bread would you recommend using instead? 🙂

French bread would be a great substitute.

Unfortunately we don’t have Bake n Break bread in Canada. Do you often use foods available only to the USA?. If so, perhaps I should consider unsubscribing.

Yes, I am based in the United States so I prefer to use ingredients that are readily available in my area. You can also substitute French bread if Bake & Break™ is unavailable in your region.

U do not sound like the kind of person I would want to deal with. So now we have another wonderful thing found in the good ole USA, “Bake n Break bread. I am sure Chungah will do fine without ur subscription.

Seriously? If you don’t have a certain ingredient that she uses, substitute another similar one. That’s what cooking is all about.

IN THE PHOTO THERE ARE 6 LOAF HALVES ………. THREE OF THE GARLIC LOAVES YOU REFERENCE IN THE RECIPE . OR SOMETHING ELSE ALTOGETHER ? ASSUMING ALSO THAT IT’S BEST TO HAVE LOAVES TOUCHING TO KEEP FROM OVERCRISPING THE EDGES .

The recipe is for a single loaf only. Three loaves are used simply for photographic purposes.

I made this but added a stick of softened butter. Delicious. I also cannot believe the audacity of some people to be so rude, why do they even post their comment? If one type of bread isn’t available, substitute another, really simple! I used a loaf of garlic sourdough that I got at CostCo and believe it not, my oven didn’t blow up! I enjoy your webpage and have used several of your recipes, Mahalo and Aloha!
